So, I’m going a little overboard with these bottles and this roll of twine. I decided to try to hand dye some twine purple, my favorite color. Something happened in the process and I ended up with twine that was a mixture of purple, pink, and turquoise! At first, I thought it was ugly. But, the more I looked at it the more I liked it — and now I love how it turned out!
This time I used an empty bottle of my favorite flavored whiskey — Leopold Bros Rocky Mountain Blackberry Flavored Whiskey. To make things interesting, I added some regular twine at the top. I absolutely LOVE how it came out! This bottles has a top so one could easily use it to store something like rice or quinoa.
I also wrapped a couple other recycled bottles — one donated by a friend (thanks, Shalimar!) and one a tiny bottle. The tiny bottle is so adorable and great for holding a small flower. I have a couple other recycled bottles ready to be wrapped up in twine!
