I finally finished a bottle of Knob Creek I bought a few months ago. I like shape of the bottle and didn’t want to toss it. After I taught myself how to wrap glass in twine, I figured I’d try it out on this bottle too. Everything was going just fine until I got close to the neck of the bottle. That’s when things became difficult. The twine kept slipping as the bottled started to curve to form the neck. I wasn’t confident that I could conquer the neck of the bottle, and I really needed to return something at Target. So, instead I stopped at the bottom of the neck, set it on a table to dry, and went to Target. It turned out pretty cool! I thought about painting the top of the bottle that I didn’t cover with twine, but I realized I should have done that before I glued the twine on. Oh well. I’m sure I have a couple other glasses I can try that on.
