Lately, I’ve been strangely drawn to radishes. It’s something about their color, or shape, or size, or … it’s just something. They just look so tasty! Now, I admit, I don’t find them to be as tasty as they look, but they’re still tasty. And, they look damn good on a plate. So, I plucked some parsley from my garden and chopped up some radishes (store bought, BUT I do now have radishes growing in my garden). To season it I drizzled some olive oil, squeezed a lemon, and threw in a dash of pepper and salt. It was a great easy, healthy snack or side dish! I’ll definitely do this again.
